MobilCad processes personal data to deliver and protect the service, meet user requests and legal obligations, and provide and measure advertising in eligible non-Türkiye storefronts subject to privacy choices.
Controller and scope
The operator of MobilCad acts as controller for personal data processed through the MobilCad application and related cloud services.
Data categories and purposes
Identity, contact, account, MobilCad ID, profession, optional phone number, organization, city and profile information; in-app friendship, sharing and cloud-project records; profile images, user-submitted files, support and feedback content; store purchase and subscription-verification records; notification tokens, platform, language, app-generated device identifiers, service interactions, device permissions, integrity/security signals and error data may be processed. In verified non-Türkiye mobile storefronts, Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may also transmit to Google and Google may process an IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash, performance and other diagnostic data. Purposes include authentication, account administration, CAD project services, sharing and collaboration, notifications, coordinate reading, purchase verification, support, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and responding to user requests. Advertising-related data may be used, subject to consent and privacy choices, for non-personalized ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated measurement, analytics and fraud prevention.
Legal bases and providers
Depending on location, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, establishment or defence of rights, and consent where required. Apple App Store, Google Play, Google/Firebase, Google Mobile Ads and UMP, Google Cloud, Cloud Vision and Gemini may process data needed for purchase verification, authentication, storage, notifications, security, advertising in applicable storefronts and user-selected AI-assisted operations. MobilCad does not receive payment-card or bank-account details.
Retention and rights
Data is retained for the relevant purpose, while an account or service remains active, and for any period required by law, security or dispute resolution. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and information about recipients. Submitting a request
Include your name, the email address or MobilCad ID associated with the account, the request and enough information to verify your identity. Do not send your password, unnecessary identity-document details or project files.
