Controller and scope
The operator of MobilCAD acts as controller for personal data processed through the MobilCAD application and related cloud services.
Data categories and purposes
Identity, contact, account, MobilCAD ID, profession, optional profile, friendship, sharing, cloud project, profile image, user-submitted file, device permission, security and error data may be processed. Purposes include authentication, account administration, CAD project services, sharing, notifications, coordinate reading, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and responding to user requests.
Legal bases and providers
Depending on location, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, establishment or defence of rights, and consent where required. Google/Firebase, Google Cloud, Cloud Vision and Gemini may process data needed for authentication, storage, notifications, security and user-selected AI-assisted operations.
Retention and rights
Data is retained for the relevant purpose, while an account or service remains active, and for any period required by law, security or dispute resolution. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and information about recipients. Submitting a request
Include your name, the email address or MobilCAD ID associated with the account, the request and enough information to verify your identity. Do not send your password, unnecessary identity-document details or project files.
