Service scope
MobilCad provides CAD drawing, coordinate, map, measurement, import/export, project storage and sharing tools. Some capabilities may be beta, in development or platform-dependent.
Professional responsibility
MobilCad is an engineering work tool, not an official authority approval, cadastral record, legal opinion or professional signature. The user is responsible for verifying coordinate systems, measurements, tolerances, geometry, outputs and submission requirements. Critical field and set-out work must not rely on the application without independent professional checks.
Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and report unauthorised use. Other people's personal data and files may be processed only with the necessary rights and lawful authority.
User content and sharing
Users remain responsible for the rights and permissions relating to uploaded projects, coordinates, images and files. MobilCad claims no ownership of that content and uses only the technical permission necessary to provide the storage, processing or sharing action selected by the user.
Free use, advertising and subscriptions
The mobile app is free. No ads are displayed and no MobilCAD Pro ad-removal subscription is offered in the verified Türkiye storefront. In verified non-Türkiye storefronts, the free tier may show full-screen ads at natural breaks in the workflow. Users can remove those full-screen ads through a monthly or annual MobilCAD Pro subscription offered by the App Store or Google Play. The subscription provides ad removal only; both billing periods provide the same service level. The store displays the current localized price and currency before purchase confirmation.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
MobilCAD Pro is charged to the selected store account and renews automatically unless canceled through the store account settings before the end of the current period. Cancellation does not end access before the paid period expires; applicable refunds and billing are administered by Apple or Google. “Restore Purchases” does not create a new charge. Availability and pricing may vary by country, storefront and applicable taxes.
Prohibited use
Unauthorised access, malicious code, service disruption, bypassing security controls, unlawful data disclosure, impersonation and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, security, connectivity, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. Users should maintain appropriate device backups. Material changes will be posted here and, where necessary, notified in the application.
Ending an account
Users can delete an account in the application or through the path on the Account Deletion page. Access may be restricted for security or unlawful use, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
